Is that business running ads right now? Check four networks from one search.

A business that spends on ads has budget, understands marketing, and has an acquisition problem to solve. That is a better lead than a cold database row. Ad Library Checker shows you who is advertising before you reach out.

4 official libraries No login Free forever

Every major ad platform publishes a public library of the ads running on it. Almost nobody uses them for prospecting. Ad Library Checker turns four of those libraries into a single qualification check, so you know who is spending before you write a word.

How it works

Three steps from a name to a buying signal

No login. No upload. One search across four official libraries.

  1. 01

    Enter the business

Type a business name or a domain, then pick the country you care about. That is the whole input. No login, no account, no upload.

  2. 02

    Open each library pre-filled

One search opens four networks. Each tile takes you straight into that platform’s own transparency library with your query already filled in, so you skip the navigating and the typing.

  3. 03

    Read the signal

Lots of active creatives means a business is spending. Long-running ads mean something is working for them. Weak or stale creatives mean an opening for your pitch.

Use cases

Built for the way agencies prospect

Ad activity is a buying signal hiding in plain sight. These are the plays agencies run with it most.

  • 01

    Qualify prospects before outreach

A business that is actively running ads has a budget and a reason to talk to you. Check ad activity first and spend your outreach time on the prospects most likely to convert.

  • 02

    Personalize every pitch

Open a prospect’s live campaigns and reference them by name in your first message. Nothing lands like showing you have already looked at the exact ads they are running.

  • 03

    Audit your clients’ competitors

Pull up the active ads for everyone competing with a client. See who is spending, on which networks, and bring that picture to your next strategy call.

  • 04

    Find weak creatives

A business running ads with thin, dated or sloppy creative is an ad agency’s perfect prospect: the intent is proven, and the work is visibly improvable.

  • 05

    Time outreach to launches

Ad start dates are visible in the libraries. Spot a fresh push or a seasonal campaign and reach out while the budget is live and the team is paying attention.

  • 06

    Enrich your lead lists

Take the lists you build with the Google Maps and social scrapers and add an ads-active flag. Sort your outreach so the businesses already spending sit at the top.

Sources and limits

Official sources, honest about the limits

Ad Library Checker points you at the platforms’ own public libraries and tells you plainly what they do and do not reveal.

Official sources only

Every link goes to the platform’s own public transparency library. Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn publish these themselves; the checker just points you at the right page.

Nothing scraped or stored

The checker runs entirely in your browser. It reads what you type and builds the search links, nothing more. No data is collected, sent anywhere or kept.

No login, no account

There is nothing to sign up for. Type a name, pick a country, and open the libraries. You stay anonymous and you stay in your own browser.

Honest about the limits

The libraries do not show spend, targeting or performance. Meta shows impression ranges per ad, and the EU view shows more detail. We are upfront about what you can and cannot learn.

Acceptable use

These libraries exist for transparency, and that is exactly what Ad Library Checker uses them for: research and qualification. Use the information to understand a market and shape a pitch, and respect each platform’s terms when you go deeper. The checker only builds links to public pages anyone can open.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is this official data?

Yes. Each link opens that platform’s own ad transparency library. We do not host or scrape anything; we deep-link into Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn with your search pre-filled so you skip straight to the results.

Can I see how much a company spends?

No. Commercial ad spend is not published. Meta shows an impression range per ad rather than a dollar figure, and only political and issue ads display spend ranges. Treat ad activity as a budget signal, not an exact number.

Why not just use the Meta Ad Library directly?

You can, and you should when you want to go deep on Facebook and Instagram. This checks four networks at once from a single search and frames the result for prospecting, so qualifying a list is faster than opening each library by hand.

Does running ads make a business a good lead?

It is one of the strongest signals you can check: it shows budget, marketing awareness and an acquisition problem they are actively trying to solve. Weak creatives or no obvious follow-up systems are exactly the opening a good agency pitches into.

Can I bulk-check a CSV of leads?

Not yet in the web tool. A Chrome extension that checks a whole lead list for ad activity in one pass is on the waitlist. Add your email and we will email you the moment it is live.

Which countries does it support?

The ten in the selector at launch: the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Italy. The libraries themselves cover far more regions, so you can change the country once you are inside them.
